INfernal Digital Rental Terms & Refund Policy
Last updated: October 6, 2026
INfernal is offered as a 24-hour digital streaming rental through Eric Mathis Films / Eric Mathis Home Entertainment.
Rental Access
Your 24-hour rental period begins when your checkout is successfully completed. Access is provided through the browser and device used to activate the rental.
Rental access is intended for one customer and may be associated with the device or browser on which the rental is first activated. Rental links, checkout sessions, playback credentials, or access rights may not be shared, transferred, resold, or distributed to another person.
Streaming Only
This purchase provides temporary streaming access only. It does not constitute a purchase or permanent license of the motion picture.
Downloading, copying, recording, reproducing, redistributing, rebroadcasting, publicly exhibiting, or otherwise making the film available outside the authorized rental experience is prohibited except where applicable law provides otherwise.
The rental is for private, personal, non-commercial viewing only.
Rental Period
Access expires 24 hours after successful checkout, regardless of when playback begins.
Customers are responsible for completing their viewing within the rental period.
Refunds
Because access to digital content is provided immediately following a completed transaction, digital rentals are generally non-refundable once rental access has been issued.
Refunds may be considered in cases involving:
- duplicate charges;
- an incorrect charge caused by a payment-processing error; or
- a verified technical failure attributable to our service that prevents access to the film during the rental period.
Problems caused by a customer's internet connection, device configuration, unsupported software, or failure to watch the film before the rental period expires generally do not qualify for a refund.
Refund requests should be submitted as soon as reasonably possible and include the email address used for the purchase and relevant transaction information.
Availability and Technical Requirements
Streaming quality and availability may depend on the customer's device, browser, internet connection, network conditions, and third-party infrastructure.
We may use third-party providers for payment processing, video delivery, security, and hosting.
While reasonable efforts are made to maintain uninterrupted access, temporary interruptions or service issues may occur.
Intellectual Property
INfernal and all associated motion-picture content, artwork, audio, trademarks, and other protected materials remain the property of their respective owners and licensors.
No ownership rights are transferred through a rental.
Abuse and Unauthorized Access
We may restrict or terminate rental access when reasonably necessary to prevent unauthorized sharing, circumvention of access controls, fraud, abuse, or other violations of these terms.
